[lang_en]The battle is still ongoing. I have identified the issue between AnotherFlicker plugin and my Nobus theme, but with my limited knowledge of CSS I have been unable to solve it up to now. Tomorrow I will call Daniele Centamore to the rescue! Meanwhile I have uploded several photos to Flickr and tried two interesting cross-browser testing services:
- Browsershots: as the name says, it captures a snapshot of several browsers running on different operating systems. Free, useful but limited, for example if your page takes too long to load then and you might just get an incomplete snapshot…
- Browserpool: this is a more advanced tool based on a remote desktop solution. It has a monthly fee of €29.99 but you can actually browse your websites on different platforms and browsers connecting to one of the PCs available. Ho identificato il problema tra l’AnotherFlickr plugin e il tema Nobus, ma con le mie conoscenze limitate dei CSS non sono ancora riuscito a risolverlo. Domani chiamerò Daniele Centamore per aiutarmi! Nel frattempo ho aggiunto alcune fotografie su Flickr e ho provato due soluzioni interessanti che aiutano a testare i siti con browser multipli:
- Browsershots: cattura una foto del tuo sito con diversi browser e sistemi operativi. Gratis, utile ma limitato, per esempio se le pagine impiegano troppo tempo ad essere caricate, ci si puo’ ritrovara una foto incompleta…
- Browserpool: questo tool è piu’ avanzato e basato su una soluzione remote desktop. Ha un costo mensile di €29.99 ma da’ la possibilità di provare realmente i tuoi siti su diverse piattaforme e browser accedendo ad un dei PC disponibili. Si possono creare account di test per provare.[/lang_it]

Assolutamente si’, in realtà l’avevo aperta proprio nel lontano 1999 all’indirizzo http://www.interactivealliance.com poi dopo circa un anno ho deciso di chiuderla perchè avevo avuto pochi riscontri.
